Worked with John and Jackie @ Quinn's for about 6 months to get a replacement tankless water heater for mine that was defective. John talked with the supplier and with the manufacturer and it took us a long time but we finally got everything figured out logistically and my replacement water heater was installed last week! John and his team did a fantastic job with the install, including new vent piping and condensation hose. Very pleased with the work that was done and although they did more than i expected, the price quoted in the estimate was the price I paid. Very positive experience! Talked to someone one the phone and they want to charge $79 for estimate. Be aware and stay away from. Mr Quinn I called for an estimate for a a mini split in my garage. Your secretary on the phone told me you don't give estimates over the phone. And it is 79 dollars for you to come out to give me an estimate. What part of that didn't I understand. John and everyone I have worked with at Quinn's has been just great. The #1 best thing is the constant communication. I'm kept informed of the status of the jobs Quinn's is working on for us which is really important. They provide both before and after pictures of the work which is invaluable.
